Vintage Martin D35 1974 acoustic guitar w/ case ( preloved )

Just arrived is this truly amazing Martin D35 from 1974 . It plays great and has had extensive work done on it ( approx 2013 $3000 spent ) by Melville guitars in Brisbane . Receipts available for all work done .
It's in overall good condition , it had some stickers on it at some stage which have been removed leaving some discolouration in certain spots . Pictures help form description .
Includes original hardcase which has the Martin emblem on top which has been broken . ( other half in case !)
